Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate general ledger entries and monthly reconciliations
- Process accounts payable/receivable and manage payroll submissions
- Prepare financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet) for client reviews
- Assist with month-end closing processes and variance analysis
- Implement and optimize bookkeeping software workflows
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and IRS regulations
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks Pro/Premier
- Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables required)
- Strong knowledge of sales tax compliance (Oklahoma specific)
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
- Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
