- Process accounts payable/receivable and manage payroll entries
- Prepare financial statements and month-end closing reports
- Utilize QuickBooks/Xero for transaction recording and analysis
- Assist with sales tax filings and compliance documentation
- Provide financial insights to support client decision-making
- Collaborate with CPA firms during audit seasons
Qualifications
- 3+ years of bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks/Xero proficiency
- Associate's degree in Accounting or equivalent certification
- Strong understanding of GAAP and IRS tax regulations
- Exceptional attention to detail with error reconciliation skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills for client interactions
- Proficiency in MS Excel with advanced formula knowledge
- Proven track record of meeting financial reporting deadlines
