Apex Finance Partners is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper to join our finance team. Responsibilities
- Perform full-cycle bookkeeping, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements monthly.
- Assist with monthly and annual payroll processing.
- Maintain the general ledger and ensure accuracy of financial data.
- Prepare and send invoices and manage expense reports.
- Assist with the preparation of financial reports and tax documents.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of professional bookkeeping experience.
- Strong proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, or similar accounting software.
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Knowledge of GAAP and basic accounting principles.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Must be able to work remotely or in-office in Miami, Ohio.
