Responsibilities
- Manage daily bookkeeping operations including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts on a monthly basis.
- Prepare and maintain accurate general ledger accounts and financial statements.
- Assist with payroll processing and quarterly tax filings.
- Ensure all financial transactions are recorded in QuickBooks Online and other accounting software.
- Review and organize financial documentation for audits.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of professional bookkeeping experience.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong understanding of GAAP and basic accounting principles.
- Excellent organizational skills with a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to communicate complex financial data clearly.
- Must be available to work a set schedule (e.g., 15-20 hours/week).
