Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions with high accuracy.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and ensure all discrepancies are resolved promptly.
- Maintain and update financial records in QuickBooks Online and Excel.
- Prepare and generate monthly financial statements and reports for clients.
- Assist with payroll processing and tax document preparation (1099s, W2s).
- Process invoices, verify expenses, and manage vendor relationships.
- Assist with year-end closing processes and audit support as needed.
Qualifications:
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional bookkeeping experience.
- Proven proficiency with QuickBooks Online and advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong understanding of GAAP and basic accounting principles.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be detail-oriented and possess strong analytical problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
