Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounts payable and receivable processes with 100% accuracy.
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain the general ledger.
- Process payroll for multiple clients on a bi-weekly schedule.
- Prepare and organize monthly financial statements and reports.
- Assist with year-end tax preparations and audit documentation.
- Reconcile credit card statements and review expense reports.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding billing inquiries and financial status.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional bookkeeping or accounting experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks Online preferred) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong working knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines.
- Associate degree or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
