Responsibilities
- Manage Accounts: Handle day-to-day bookkeeping tasks including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Bank Reconciliation: Perform monthly bank reconciliations to ensure all transactions are accurate and up-to-date.
- Payroll Support: Assist with payroll processing and tax form preparation for clients.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and maintain financial statements and reports for review by management.
- Expense Tracking: Monitor and categorize business expenses, ensuring compliance with company policies.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional bookkeeping experience.
- Software Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Education: Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration preferred.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
