Responsibilities
- Manage daily bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts on a weekly basis.
- Process payroll for multiple clients with high accuracy.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and budget analysis.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations.
- Organize and maintain accurate financial records and digital archives.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or Associate degree in Accounting/Finance.
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role (1-2 years preferred).
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to detect discrepancies.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a part-time capacity.
