Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily bookkeeping operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts monthly to ensure accuracy.
  • Prepare and maintain financial reports, including balance sheets and profit & loss statements.

Qualifications:

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and formulas).
  • Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
