Responsibilities

  • Accounts Management: Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts monthly to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
  • Payroll Processing: Assist with bi-weekly payroll processing for a small team of 5-10 employees, including tax filings.
  • AP & AR: Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, including processing invoices, issuing checks, and collecting payments.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss reports for management review.
  • Tax Preparation: Support the accounting team during tax season by gathering necessary documentation and ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.

Qualifications
