Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate general ledgers and reconcile accounts monthly
- Process accounts payable/receivable and manage cash flow
- Prepare financial statements and month-end closing reports
- Handle payroll processing and tax filings
- Manage QuickBooks data entry and system optimization
- Assist with audits and financial compliance documentation
- Provide financial insights to business owners
Qualifications
- 3+ years of bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online/Desktop
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Associate's degree in Accounting/Finance
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience with payroll processing (ADP/QuickBooks Payroll)
- Familiarity with OH state tax regulations
