Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure all financial records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Process payroll for multiple clients with high accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and reports.
- Manage and organize invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding billing inquiries and account status.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar financial role (2+ years preferred).
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks and Xero.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or Associate degree in Accounting or Finance required.
