Responsibilities
- <ul><li>Manage day-to-day bookkeeping operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.</li><li>Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts to ensure accuracy.</li><li>Process and monitor invoices to ensure timely payments and collection.</li><li>Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for clients.</li><li>Maintain general ledger accounts and ensure all transactions are recorded correctly.</li><li>Assist with payroll processing and tax preparation filings.</li><li>Communicate financial status and discrepancies to the team and clients.</li></ul>
Qualifications
- <ul><li>Minimum of 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.</li><li>Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage.</li><li>Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups).</li><li>Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration preferred.</li><li>Knowledge of GAAP and basic tax regulations.</li><li>Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a part-time capacity.</li></ul>
