Responsibilities
- Perform daily accounts payable and accounts receivable reconciliation to ensure accuracy.
- Process payroll and tax filings with strict adherence to deadlines.
- Prepare monthly financial statements, ledgers, and balance sheets.
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual audits.
- Monitor cash flow and ensure compliance with GAAP standards.
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 2+ years of professional accounting experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, or Excel) is required.
- Must be available to work the night shift (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
