Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate general ledger accounts and reconcile bank statements
- Process accounts payable/receivable with attention to detail
- Prepare monthly financial reports and budget variance analyses
- Manage payroll processing and tax compliance
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Implement and maintain internal accounting controls
- Collaborate with senior leadership on financial strategy
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
- 3+ years of bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks Pro
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
- Strong understanding of GAAP and tax regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Professional certification (e.g., CB, AIPB) preferred
- Exceptional communication and time management skills
