Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile monthly bank statements and credit card accounts.
- Process accounts payable and receivable invoices accurately and timely.
- Maintain and update the general ledger system.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and balance sheets.
- Prepare and file quarterly and annual tax documents as needed.
- Assist with payroll processing for a small team.
- Perform regular financial audits to ensure compliance with company policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of professional bookkeeping experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks Online preferred, Xero or NetSuite acceptable).
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (or equivalent experience).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
