Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate general ledger and reconcile accounts monthly

- Prepare financial statements and month-end closing reports
- Assist with payroll processing and tax documentation
- Implement QuickBooks software optimizations
- Collaborate with CPA firm during audits
- Track budget vs. actual variances
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks Pro
- Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Strong knowledge of GAAP principles
- Experience with multi-currency transactions
- Certified Bookkeeper (CB) preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
