Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate general ledgers and financial records

- Prepare month-end financial statements and reports
- Manage payroll processing and tax filings
- Implement QuickBooks software solutions
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and tax regulations
- Provide financial analysis and budgeting support
Qualifications
- 3+ years bookkeeping experience (QuickBooks proficiency required)
- Associate's degree in Accounting/Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
- Strong attention to detail and error prevention abilities
- Experience with multi-client accounting systems
- CPA or QuickBooks certification a plus
- Excellent communication and client management skills
