Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate general ledger accounts and reconcile bank statements monthly
- Process accounts payable/receivable with precision and timeliness
- Prepare financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheets) for client reviews
- Manage payroll processing and tax filings for 5-10 clients
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and audits
- Implement QuickBooks solutions for new client onboarding
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or equivalent experience (3+ years)
- Proficient in QuickBooks Desktop/Online and Microsoft Excel
- Proven experience with payroll processing (ADP/Paychell preferred)
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles and tax regulations
- Exceptional attention to detail with error-free record-keeping
- Excellent communication skills for client interactions
