Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks Online and Excel
- Process accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Prepare monthly financial statements and expense reports
- Assist with payroll processing and tax documentation
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and IRS regulations
- Support month-end closing procedures
- Communicate financial insights to clients and management
Qualifications
- 3+ years of bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks proficiency
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proven track record of meeting financial deadlines
- Professional certification (e.g., QuickBooks ProAdvisor) preferred
