- Prepare monthly financial statements and budget variance reports
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and audits
- Handle sales tax filings and compliance documentation
- Manage vendor relationships and invoice processing workflows
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or 3+ years bookkeeping experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel
- Strong knowledge of GAAP principles and Indiana tax regulations
- Proven ability to meet deadlines with 100% accuracy
- Excellent communication skills for client interactions
- Experience with payroll processing (ADP/Paychell preferred)
