Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks Online
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements monthly
- Process accounts payable/receivable and manage payroll
- Generate financial statements (P&L, balance sheets) for clients
- Prepare sales tax filings and assist with quarterly tax prep
- Conduct regular financial audits to ensure compliance
- Support month-end closing procedures
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of bookkeeping experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple client deadlines
- Professional certification (e.g., CB) preferred
