Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate general ledgers and reconcile accounts monthly
- Process accounts payable/receivable and manage payroll data
- Prepare financial statements and quarterly reports
- Utilize QuickBooks for daily transaction recording
- Assist with tax preparation documentation
- Implement internal controls for financial compliance
- Support month-end and year-end closing procedures
Qualifications
- 3+ years of bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Excel
- Associate's degree in Accounting or related field
- Strong knowledge of GAAP principles
- Attention to detail with numerical accuracy
- Ability to meet deadlines independently
- Excellent communication skills
