Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate general ledgers and reconcile accounts monthly
- Process accounts payable/receivable with strict attention to deadlines
- Prepare financial statements and management reports
- Manage payroll processing and tax filings
- Implement internal controls for financial compliance
- Assist with month-end closing procedures
- Support audits and financial reviews
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or equivalent experience
- 3+ years bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks Pro
- Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
- Knowledge of GAAP and IRS regulations
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
