Responsibilities
- Reconcile daily transactions and maintain accurate general ledger entries
- Prepare and analyze month-end financial statements with precision
- Manage accounts payable/receivable processes and vendor communications
- Conduct internal audits and ensure SOX compliance protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial reporting initiatives
- Support tax preparation and regulatory filing requirements
- Implement process improvements for night shift financial workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of public/private accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Excel
- Proven ability to meet strict deadlines during off-hours
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with multi-currency transactions and GAAP standards
- Excellent communication skills for remote team collaboration
- Flexibility to work 11 PM - 7 AM schedule (Sun-Thu)
