Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate general ledger reconciliations and financial statements
- Process accounts payable/receivable with timely vendor/client communications
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and financial reports
- Manage payroll processing and tax compliance documentation
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and journal entries
- Support audits and financial reviews with organized documentation
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (vlookups, pivot tables)
- Strong knowledge of GAAP principles and tax regulations
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred for local client base
