- Assist with quarterly tax preparation documentation
- Implement QuickBooks software optimizations
Qualifications
- 3+ years bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks Pro/Premier
- Associate's degree in Accounting or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles
- Ability to handle confidential financial data discreetly
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
