Responsibilities
- Maintain and update financial records using Xero and QuickBooks
- Process accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Prepare monthly financial statements and VAT returns
- Assist with payroll processing and HMRC submissions
- Support audit preparations and financial compliance checks
- Manage expense tracking and vendor invoicing
Qualifications
- Proven bookkeeping experience (minimum 2 years)
- Proficiency in Xero, QuickBooks, and Sage software
- AAT Level 3/4 or equivalent accounting qualification
- Strong Excel skills with advanced formula knowledge
- Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- UK payroll processing experience essential
