Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounts payable cycle including invoice processing, verification, and payment scheduling
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies within SLA timelines
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce processing costs
- Collaborate with procurement and treasury teams for payment optimization
- Ensure compliance with SOX controls and financial regulations
- Maintain accurate vendor master data in ERP systems
- Prepare month-end closing reports and AP aging analyses
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
- 5+ years of high-volume accounts payable experience
- Advanced proficiency in SAP and Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Strong understanding of GAAP and internal controls
- Proven experience with 3-way matching and PO validation
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAP) preferred
- Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
