Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate general ledgers and financial records
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions
- Reconcile bank statements and financial accounts
- Prepare monthly financial statements and reports
- Manage VAT returns and HMRC compliance
- Assist with payroll processing and year-end accounts
- Implement and maintain internal controls
Qualifications
- 3+ years of bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in Xero/QuickBooks/Sage software
- ATII/ACBSP certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of UK GAAP and tax regulations
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
