Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate digital ledgers using Xero and QuickBooks
- Process monthly payroll and VAT submissions
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions
- Prepare management accounts and financial statements
- Manage accounts payable/receivable workflows
- Assist with quarterly tax compliance documentation
- Support year-end audit preparations
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' bookkeeping experience
- Xero/QuickBooks certification required
- Proven experience with UK GAAP standards
- Strong Excel skills with pivot table proficiency
- Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to meet deadlines in time-sensitive periods
- Relevant accounting qualification (AAT/ACCA/CIMA)
