Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate general ledger accounts and reconcile bank statements monthly
- Process accounts payable/receivable with timely follow-ups
- Prepare financial statements and management reports
- Manage payroll processing and tax filings
- Implement and maintain internal accounting controls
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Collaborate with auditors during financial reviews
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
- 3+ years of bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks Pro
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Knowledge of GAAP principles and tax regulations
- Experience with multi-currency transactions a plus
- High attention to detail with error prevention focus
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
