Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts with meticulous attention to detail
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions within NetSuite and QuickBooks
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analysis reports
- Manage bank reconciliations and cash flow monitoring
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and journal entries
- Support audit preparation and compliance documentation
- Implement process improvements for financial efficiency
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting/Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online and NetSuite
- Expert knowledge of GAAP principles and financial controls
- Proven ability to manage confidential financial data
- Strong Excel skills with pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
