Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate general ledgers and reconcile bank statements
- Process accounts payable/receivable and payroll transactions
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance reports
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and audits
- Manage client QuickBooks files and ensure data integrity
- Provide financial insights to support strategic decisions
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks Online/Desktop
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (required)
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and VLOOKUP
- Strong understanding of GAAP and tax regulations
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Professional certification (CPA/ACCB preferred)
