- Manage QuickBooks Online with proficiency in multi-entity setups
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and IRS regulations
- Support tax preparation with organized documentation
- Implement process improvements for financial workflows
Qualifications
- 3+ years bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks certification
- Associate's degree in Accounting or equivalent experience
- Expertise in month-end closing procedures
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Strong understanding of sales tax regulations
- Proven track record of meeting deadlines
- Excellent communication skills for client interactions
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
