Responsibilities
- Process transactions accurately including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments
- Provide exceptional member service by resolving inquiries and promoting financial products
- Maintain cash drawer compliance and adhere to strict security protocols
- Open new accounts and assist with digital banking platform support
- Balance daily transactions and prepare reports for branch management
- Collaborate with team to achieve branch goals and service standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in finance preferred
- Minimum 6 months cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and banking software
- Strong attention to detail with excellent mathematical accuracy
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
- Arizona MLO license preferred (training provided)
