About the Role:
As a Part-Time Bank Teller, you will be the face of Pacific Trust Bank, ensuring every customer leaves satisfied. You will handle a variety of transactions while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and security.
Responsibilities
- Process customer deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments accurately and efficiently.
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service and product information.
- Resolve customer inquiries and resolve account issues with patience and professionalism.
- Maintain accurate records of daily transactions and reconcile cash drawers at the end of the shift.
- Assist in cross-selling bank products and services to meet branch goals.
- Ensure compliance with all bank policies, regulations, and security protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous cash handling or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong mathematical skills with a high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be able to pass a background check and credit check.
