Responsibilities
- Perform variance analysis: Evaluate financial data to identify trends, variances, and risks affecting business performance.
- Prepare reports: Create comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive leadership.
- Assist in budgeting: Support the annual budgeting process, monthly forecasting, and long-term strategic planning.
- Process optimization: Recommend process improvements to enhance data accuracy and reporting efficiency.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with department heads to understand their financial needs and provide actionable insights.
- Compliance: Ensure all financial reporting complies with internal policies and external regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and SQL is required.
- Certifications: CPA, CFA, or CMA certification is a significant plus.
- Communication: Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
