Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with accuracy and efficiency
- Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving inquiries and educating clients on banking products
- Balance cash drawer daily and maintain strict compliance with banking regulations
- Actively cross-sell bank products and services to meet customer financial needs
- Assist with branch operations including ATM maintenance and safe deposit services
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless branch operations
- Uphold rigorous security protocols to protect customer assets and sensitive information
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service or cash handling experience
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Basic computer proficiency with banking software
- Must pass background check and fingerprinting
