Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with precision
- Resolve account inquiries and provide personalized financial solutions
- Uphold strict security protocols for cash handling and fraud prevention
- Cross-sell bank products and services based on customer needs
- Maintain accurate transaction records and account balances
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve service and sales goals
- Participate in community outreach initiatives to build bank presence
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or cash handling experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Proficiency in basic financial software and MS Office
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Florida Notary Public certification preferred
- Familiarity with banking regulations (Regulation E, BSA)
