Responsibilities
- Build client relationships through consultative financial planning
- Analyze client financial data to create customized investment strategies
- Complete FINRA Series 7 and 66 licensing exams (company-sponsored)
- Present financial solutions to clients in clear, compelling presentations
- Collaborate with senior advisors to grow client portfolios
- Utilize CRM systems to track client interactions and progress
- Participate in ongoing professional development workshops
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Strong desire to build a career in financial services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with proven ability to work independently
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Pass background check and FINRA registration requirements
