Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with precision
- Provide exceptional service to bank clients, answering inquiries and resolving account issues
- Balance cash drawers and maintain accurate transaction records
- Actively promote bank products and services to meet customer needs
- Assist with ATM maintenance and security procedures
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve service and sales goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Basic computer proficiency with banking software
- Familiarity with financial regulations (e.g., BSA) preferred
