Responsibilities
- Process transactions accurately including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments
- Deliver outstanding customer service through personalized financial solutions
- Maintain cash drawer integrity and reconcile daily transactions
- Identify cross-sell opportunities for credit union products and services
- Adhere to strict security protocols and regulatory compliance standards
- Assist members with account inquiries and resolve service issues efficiently
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve sales and service targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and banking systems
- Must pass background check and fingerprinting clearance
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
