We pride ourselves on accuracy and efficiency. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end AP process, ensuring our vendors are paid accurately and on time while maintaining strict internal controls.
Responsibilities
- Process and verify invoices for accuracy, completeness, and authorization.
- Enter data into accounting software (QuickBooks/NetSuite) with high precision.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Communicate effectively with vendors regarding payment status and inquiries.
- Assist with month-end close procedures and financial reporting support.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable or Bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks is preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Accounting is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
