Responsibilities
- Process and verify vendor invoices, expense reports, and payment requests with meticulous attention to detail
- Reconcile accounts payable sub-ledgers and resolve discrepancies promptly
- Manage payment cycles including check runs, ACH transfers, and credit card processing
- Collaborate with procurement and accounting teams to resolve payment inquiries
- Maintain organized digital records in QuickBooks and other financial systems
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on accounts payable experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Exceptional organizational skills with ability to manage competing priorities
- Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) preferred
- Remote work capability with reliable high-speed internet
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
