Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports
- Manage accounts payable/receivable processes including invoice verification, payment processing, and collection activities
- Perform general ledger maintenance, journal entries, and account reconciliations
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Support audit preparations and compliance documentation
- Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP) to maintain accurate financial records
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance financial operations efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (recent graduates encouraged)
- 0-2 years experience in accounting or finance roles including internships/part-time positions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with advanced formula knowledge
- Familiarity with accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, or similar)
- Strong attention to detail with excellent numerical accuracy
- Basic understanding of GAAP principles and financial regulations
