Responsibilities
- Process and verify vendor invoices for accuracy and timely payment
- Reconcile statements and resolve discrepancies with vendors
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
- Collaborate with procurement team on invoice discrepancies
- Support audit preparation and documentation
- Optimize AP workflows using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
Qualifications
- 3+ years of accounts payable experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP software
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience with high-volume transaction processing
