Responsibilities
- Process high-volume accounts payable transactions with 99.9% accuracy
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve payment discrepancies
- Manage electronic and check payments within Net 15-30 terms
- Utilize SAP and QuickBooks for invoice processing and reporting
- Coordinate with procurement and accounting teams on payment workflows
- Maintain organized digital filing systems for all AP documentation
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and audits
Qualifications
- 3+ years of accounts payable experience in a corporate setting
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, QuickBooks, Oracle)
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and procurement cycles
- Exceptional attention to detail with numerical aptitude
- Associate's degree in Accounting or related field required
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Part-time availability (25-30 hrs/week, flexible scheduling)
