Responsibilities
- Process and verify incoming invoices for accuracy, completeness, and authorization.
- Manage vendor inquiries and resolve billing discrepancies promptly.
- Perform monthly reconciliation of accounts payable ledgers and bank statements.
- Enter and code financial data into accounting software (QuickBooks/NetSuite).
- Prepare and distribute monthly AP aging reports to management.
- Assist in the month-end close process and audit preparation.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Accounts Payable or general accounting.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel required).
- Strong analytical skills with a high attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a part-time role.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
