Responsibilities
- Manage monthly financial statements and variance analysis
- Prepare and file multi-state tax returns (NE/TX focus)
- Reconcile bank accounts and process payroll
- Implement and maintain internal controls
- Assist with annual audits and compliance reporting
- Analyze financial data for strategic decision-making
- Collaborate with Texas branch on cross-state projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of accounting experience
- CPA or CPA candidacy strongly preferred
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Excel
- Experience with multi-state tax compliance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
